Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in selling our full range of services, including international moving, relocation, fine art logistics, storage, and vehicle legalization. This individual must be results-driven, proactive, and comfortable handling sales opportunities at any time. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, conduct surveys at customer residences, and identify business opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Sell international moving, relocation, fine art logistics, storage, and vehicle legalization services.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct
- site volume surveys at customer residences when necessary. - Maintain a 24/7 sales availability, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with private clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
- Guide clients through the sales and service process with professionalism and expertise.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and
- person meetings. - Assess client needs and provide customized service solutions.
- Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up on leads.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken & written).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in sales (moving, relocation, logistics, or related industries is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
However, we believe that a Sales Coordinator should be available to sell whenever needed, ensuring responsiveness to clients beyond standard hours.
