SALES CONSULTANT
FULL TIME - 40 HOURS PER WEEK
As part of our team, you will accompany our customers on their journey into the world of Wolford. With charisma and a natural enthusiasm for luxury goods, you will provide expert individual advice to our customers and offer them a unique shopping experience.
YOUR TASKS:
- Offering outstanding advice and close support to our international clientele, adopting a
- centric approach. - Engaging new customers for our customer retention program and attracting them with our latest promotion and boutique campaigns.
- Arranging the store and creating an exceptional and customized customer experience through storytelling and powerful questions.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 2-4 years of relevant retail experience.
- Strong fashion sense and ability to interpret trends.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Willing to work flexibly.
- Reliable, even in stressful situations.
- Proactive and independent attitude with a
- developed sense of responsibility. - Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
