As we continue to expand, we are seeking a
- driven Sales and Partnerships Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships and lead our sales efforts, particularly within the pharmaceutical, health technology, and payer spaces.
Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships, while driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to company leadership, the Sales and Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in forging new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and strengthening our market presence globally.
You will lead and oversee all phases of the sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing transformative deals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and secure
- value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, medical device and health insurers - Manage and expand existing partnerships, ensuring mutual success and
- term value creation.
Sales Leadership
- Lead the

- end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and closing. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
Contracting & Negotiation
- Lead breakthrough technology contracting processes, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate and execute contracts that drive
- win outcomes with partners.
Market Expertise
- Bring deep knowledge of pharmaceutical partnerships, contracting, and health technology ecosystems.
- Leverage insights into the health insurance and payer landscape to unlock new opportunities.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Operate as the senior sales leader, working collaboratively across teams to align strategies with business goals.
Key Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare sales and partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in pharmaceutical partnerships, health technology, and contracting processes. Familiarity with health insurance and payer companies is highly desirable.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and closing
- value deals. - Leadership Skills: Visionary leader with the ability to work autonomously, inspire teams, and align
- functional efforts. - Negotiation Proficiency: Strong contracting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Data-driven,
