Position Overview

Your job consists of providing travel advice to the customers of the company through our contact center in Lisbon, Portugal, helping them to find the perfect stay whatever the reason for their journey may be. In fact, we help travelers find, plan, and book their hotels allowing them to have an efficient and carefree travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish an efficient, courteous, and personalized contact with Company customers by telephone, in Italian and English;
• Convert calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques;
• Provide efficient and accurate information and assistance to the clients, offering them a solution adapted to their needs;
• Establish and maintain effective collaboration with Company partners.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian language skills (C2);
• Proficient English communication skills (B2);
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and
  - solving abilities;
• Basic technical and computer skills;
• Ability to multitask and remain focused in a dynamic environment;
• Team-oriented with a capacity to thrive in a
  - paced, energetic setting.
