Sales Account Manager

One is a leading Portuguese company that develops healthcare information technology and we’re seeking for the right person to join our Sales & Customer Management Team.
Key activities:
- Present and sell the company’s products and services;
- Research prospect accounts to identify key accounts, considering
- defined criteria; - Promote and maintain solid relationships with existing, new, and prospect clients;
- Identify customer needs and how to meet them;
- Achieve individual sales goals and revenue;
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the company products, its enhancements, and new features;
- Acquire knowledge to deliver product demo presentations to existing, new, and prospect clients;
- Get involved in customer management, proactively looking for solutions to challenges they present, to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Submit result reports to management;
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes cooperatively with the technical team.
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT or healthcare;
- Strong orientation towards results and goals;
- Organized, with a high sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- A driven and competitive professional, proactive in identifying and seizing sales opportunities;
- Highly ambitious, with a true hunter mindset and a passion for sales success in the healthcare sector;
- Motivated for continuous improvement through feedback;
- A team player.
Skills:
Must-have:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills;
- Good English skills (written and spoken);
- Outstanding negotiation skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of CRM tools;
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
