We are looking for a highly skilled Functional Safety (Fu
Sa) Expert with
- on experience to join our dynamic team in the technology sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
- paced environment, takes ownership of tasks, and proactively drives projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Fu
Sa Expertise: Actively write requirements, TSRs, TSEs, system designs, and perform modeling—this is not a purely coordination role.
Drive End-to-End Execution: Take full ownership of Fu
Sa tasks, ensuring efficient closure of deliverables.
Proactive Collaboration: Engage directly with hardware and software stakeholders, facilitating progress without waiting for inputs.
System-Level Thinking: Analyze schematics, datasheets, and propose
- level SW/HW improvements to enhance performance and safety.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Bridge existing gaps where teams rely on external analysis—identify change points, communicate effectively, and drive resolutions.
Reliability & Precision: Execute Safety FMEAs, assess potential system risks, and ensure compliance with Fu
Sa standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven
- on experience in Functional Safety (Fu
Sa)
Strong analytical skills with
- level understanding (beyond minor component adjustments)
Self-starter who proactively drives tasks and fosters collaboration
Ability to work in hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)
Fluent in English (B2 or higher)

Preferred Timezone: Closest to the US (collaborating with SW & HW teams)
