EMEA Public Cloud Team Purpose and Objectives

The EMEA Public Cloud Team supports customers with SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Services. We work collaboratively with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive meaningful business transformation to the Cloud.

• Act as trusted advisors for Internal SAP Stakeholders and Customer C-Levels with a focus on Customer Success
• Support and help to accelerate SAP’s Cloud Strategy to our Customers
• Provide holistic view of the Customers Cloud Transformation Journey by bridging the gap between business capabilities and technology enablers
• Support and discover new Customer opportunities for SAP Cloud offerings.

FINANCE CONSULTANT ROLE EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant to strengthen our EMEA Public Cloud team in Portugal. The candidate should be an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant. The following are the key tasks this role will perform:

• Work in a senior capacity as a Finance Consultant in Public Cloud ERP.
• Engage in senior advisory engagements with both customers and internal SAP Teams
• Collaborate with a team of other consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey.
• Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher education degree

Functional Experience

• Professionally qualified Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with at least 3 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance.
• Understanding of FICO processes related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes, etc.
• Hands-on experience in any ONE of the following areas: Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM – Credit Management, Collections/Disputes), Treasury, Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash), FICA, Advanced Product costing, Advanced Profitability, Financial Consolidation/Reporting, Central Finance, and IFRS 15/16.
• Good understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modules.
• Experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP.
• 2 or more
  -
  - end Process Implementation cycles experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in/with teams and build
  - term customer relationships.
• Certification in the Core area preferred.

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Travel 0-30%
