What You Will Do:

1. Customer Support: Assist customers via email and chat, primarily in Russian and occasionally in English.
2. Inquiries Handling: Help with inquiries related to account and payment processes, resolving login and registration issues.
3. Account Management: Restore and modify emails, phone numbers, and other account information; handle hacked accounts and restore characters.
4. Rewards and Payments: Address questions about the reward program, tokens, and
   - paid game cards, as well as handle payment inquiries and process refunds.
5. Data Management: Professionally manage and protect customer data.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Language Proficiency: Excellent level of Russian (C1-C2) and B2 level English, both orally and in writing.
2. Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a
