RPA - Automation Business Analyst

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Intelligent Automation is a young but
- growing topic among overall Richemont Business organizations.

To support this strong increasing need, Richemont is looking for an Automation Business Analyst Consultant (BA). He/She will be responsible to scale and support Automation among Richemont Organizations.

The Automation BA will be part of Richemont Application & Integration Platforms (AIP) department, involved in
- functions support for Global Richemont Business Organizations. He/she will be involved in the main Automation Richemont projects and act as PMO & Business Analyst referent to support automation deployment at group level, on overall Business Application domains (Finance, Logistic, Supply chain, etc…).

In his/her role, the Automation BA will also be in charge to improve awareness of Richemont Organizations around Automation topics. This by leading Communities of Sharing/Practice or by supporting training programs and webinars, helping to scale Automation.

He/she will directly assist the Automation Lead in global projects
-
- end delivery, from initialization to closing, including budget tracking, risk management and communication.

This position involves work in a global environment with distributed teams in different countries and time zones. To achieve its goals, the Automation BA will need strong coordination capabilities among technical / functional teams as well as Richemont Business organizations teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Automation Process Business Analysis & PMO

• Business Analyst Expert in Automation Process Description, translating Business needs in Functional documentation for Richemont Business Products and small entities needs (Central Co
  E scope).
• PMO of Central Co
  E Automation Processes implementations, from Idea Validation to Go
  Live.
• Technical Administration and setup of Automation for Processes in Central Co
  E scope.
• Manage Support of Live Automation processes under Central Co
  E scope.
• Automation Community of Sharing & Practice management.
• Marketing and Training/Awareness around Automation.
• Support Local Co
  Es in Automation Governance.
• KPI Report / Communication for Automation value creation.

• Audit reviews ensuring Automation principles are correctly applied by Local entities.

• Help in onboarding new Richemont Organizations to Automations platforms (Trainings, presentations, support).

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• B. Sc. or MSc in Computer Science or Communication/IT Marketing.
• +3 years experience in Business Process Analysis/Consulting, Proficiency in Automation Specification creation would be a real plus (using standard templates like PDD + BPM tools).
• Appetency for Technical Process management (Robot run setup & administration).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Skilled in communication tools usage.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders and communicate with technical and functional teams in a
  - cultural environment.
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service oriented.
• Fluent English required, other languages are a plus.
