About the Role: RPA Junior Support Specialist

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintenance: Monitoring Ui
  Path RPA processes and systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Documentation and reporting: Documenting support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, as well as providing regular reports on the performance and health of RPA processes to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and RPA developers.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring that RPA processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements, as well as participating in testing and validation activities.
• Continuous learning: Staying updated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.

Capabilities Must Have:

• 1-3 years of IT experience in application support.
• IT Background.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions, as well as the capability to proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese (fluent), English (mandatory – minimum B2), and French (mandatory – minimum B1)).
• Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies.
