A gaming technology and services company is looking for a Risk, Fraud and Payments Manager to be responsible for leading the risk and fraud management efforts and ensuring that the operator's risk management practices align with industry standards.

Permanent contract - Full time - Nantes/Paris/Portugal/Malta/ Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Fraud Investigations: Monitor the gaming activities of the players, lead investigations into suspected fraudulent activities. Develop and execute appropriate actions and sanctions against individuals involved in fraudulent activities.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments.
3. Industry Compliance: Ensure that the company's risk management practices align with industry standards and regulations in each market.
4. Reporting: Generate regular reports and provide analysis to senior management on risk trends, fraud incidents and the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.

The Functional areas will be:

1. Analyze players' gaming behavior, including game style, bet frequency, and bet sizes.
2. Implement limits and restrictions as required.

Sportsbook Analytics:

1. Perform ongoing analysis of client game styles, financial and other indicators.
2. Verify the accuracy of game result probabilities.
3. Ensure a timely response to game events, including feed, stream, and events.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Responsibilities:

1. Set up and
   - up the market specific player ID verification processes.
2. Manage
   - accounts based on various criteria.
3. Manage limits, restrictions, and specific requests.

Payments Responsibilities:

1. Review and monitor player requests.
2. Ensure the accuracy of customer deposit and withdrawal transactions.
3. Collaborate with customer support regarding rejected transaction requests.

Skills required:

1. University degree in a related field (e. g. , finance, business, or IT).
2. Proven experience in risk management and fraud prevention in the i
   Gaming industry.
3. Knowledge of i
   Gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Proficiency in data analysis, risk modeling, and fraud detection techniques specific to online gaming.
