We are looking for a RISK Consultant & Transformation.

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead, define, coordinate and
  - up Program and Streams;
• Definition of the deliverables and their planning;
• Establish and implement the appropriate governance;
• Identify and mitigate the risks associated;
• Secure the project’s delivery by escalating any issue and propose relevant mitigation actions;
• Report project achievements & progress directly with RISK executive Board Members;
• Facilitate workshops to understand the "As Is situation" and lead brainstorming sessions to identify improvement ideas;
• Design gap analysis and target in reference to regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate launch of the implementation of the proposed evolutions.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• MS Office - Practice;
• Ability to lead a project and interact with senior stakeholders in a multicultural and
  - driven environment;
• Ability to manage and finalize complex projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
• Ability to deliver / Results driven;
• Autonomous,
  - starter, motivated and energetic, able to solve problems creatively;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
