PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).
Your Mission
As an assistant associate, you will be hired by our Pw
C Services Portugal Office, located in a modern area of the city of Porto, where you will play an important role in working on international clients like Asset Management and Banking that are crucial actors in the Luxembourg economy.
You will be a key member of our team and will have different responsibilities that are listed below. You will work within an international team from Luxembourg that will coach you and mentor you in your development growth.
Be a part of our team of solvers where you will (specific responsibilities include but are not limited to):
- Regularly collaborate with professionals from both the business and technology to assist our clients in assessing the operational risks related to business processes, applications, as well as risk management framework and assessing the controls in place to mitigate these risks;
- Depending on your background and area of focus, you will have the chance to be involved in projects where you will participate in internal control review assignments covering a wide and interesting array of business processes for clients in the financial, private and public sector;
- Perform risk assessments, process and internal control reviews in order to improve the operational risk management and internal controls framework of clients;
- Perform tasks related to the internal controls surrounding the IT environment to support the financial reporting process;
- As part of your curriculum, you will have to learn how to perform a financial audit and hence you will spend a part of your time working as part of the financial audit team. You will bring some controls and technology expertise while auditing financial figures.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e. g. : Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Mathematics or other related studies);
- Leadership, interpersonal, communication and good writing skills;
- Problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
- The ability to work effectively in a
- paced and dynamic environment; - A team player and keen learner;
- A good command of Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in English.
