Risk Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Risk Analyst to join our Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud team, part of the global IT Group. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening IT risk management, cybersecurity, and operational resilience across multiple international teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission to address the evolving cyber threats and manage risks in a global financial environment.
As a Risk Analyst, you will be involved in the deployment and execution of critical cybersecurity programs and initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across various regions and collaborate with internal functions such as Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and adherence to risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the successful deployment of the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud (CDF) Xshore program in Portugal, India, and Poland, ensuring full compliance with governance, risk management processes, and methodology.
- Manage
- projects from ideation to
- live, ensuring
- party risk management and governance procedures are followed. - Provide operational support to the CDF teams in the implementation of international setups, including coordinating change management for onshore teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define and implement the contract (SLA, billing processes) between the CDF Department and local entities.
- Support the creation and deployment of mutualized cybersecurity services, ensuring they meet all risk management and compliance criteria.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various internal functions to assess and mitigate key risks.
- Report progress to CDF and IT Group Central Sourcing teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones and risk management standards.
- Contribute to the monthly steering committee and provide regular updates on project status, risk assessments, and mitigation actions.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of English (Mandatory), French (Nice to have)
- Strong project management skills with a focus on risk assessment and cybersecurity
- General knowledge of IT topics, IT Risk, and Cybersecurity frameworks
- Solid understanding of
- party risk management processes, outsourcing, and governance - Awareness of data protection regulations, internal policies, and industry standards
- Knowledge of major risk management frameworks, including ISO 27001/27005, EBIOS RM, or similar
- Experience in the deployment of
- scale IT risk and cybersecurity projects
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a risk analysis, project management, or
- related role - Relevant certifications in Third-Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or IT Risk are highly desirable
- Strong
- solving, communication, and negotiation skills - Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings, seminars, and committees
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
