We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our
- opening team at Andaz Lisbon.
Expected to open in Q3 2025, Andaz Lisbon will offer guests an exciting new luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital. The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize the hotel's revenue and profitability during the
- opening phase and beyond. This role involves analyzing market trends, setting pricing strategies, and optimizing room inventory to ensure the hotel's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Opening Planning: Develop and execute
- opening revenue management strategies, including pricing, inventory control, and distribution channel management. - Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand demand patterns, competitor pricing, and market trends.
- Pricing Strategy: Set and adjust room rates based on demand, seasonality, special events, and competitor analysis.
- Forecasting: Create detailed revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Inventory Management: Manage room inventory across various distribution channels.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Training & Development: Train and support the hotel team on revenue management principles.
- System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue management systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in revenue management systems.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
