Retail Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to enhance efficiency and standardize processes across our stores in Portugal. If you have retail experience, enjoy optimizing operations, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Project Management
- Drive and support our customer proposition projects as they evolve to support the business strategy, with a focus on understanding their impact on team members and operations.
- Identify, deliver, and manage

- end operational projects across all stores to optimize ways of working and support business efficiency, always aiming for retail excellence and working towards key KPIs. - Lead workshops and forums with senior leaders across the organization to build a holistic view of the operational opportunities that exist today.
Collaboration and Optimization
- Collaborate with core domain teams to develop
- centric solutions with our product and tech teams that maximize store performance. - Understand operational impacts of
- led initiatives on stores—consider how new technical changes may affect customers, team members, ways of working, and any existing technology in our physical stores.
Analysis and Improvement
- Conduct business process analysis to highlight areas of opportunity and propose optimizations for our store operating model.
MORE ABOUT YOU
- University degree in Business, Management, or a similar field (preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or project management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e. g. , Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.
