What are we looking for?

1. Degree in Management, Economics or similar;
2. Proven experience in Management Consulting;
3. Experience in ERP implementation projects;
4. Experience designing organizational models and in process optimization;
5. Experience in the Food Retail sector with knowledge of offer management and store operations;
6. Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization;
7. Fluent in English (both verbal and written);
8. French knowledge is a plus.

What would your daily tasks look like?

1. Responsible for systemizing the gaps and associated requirements and leading discussion sessions;
2. Support the identification of new gaps and associated requirements;
3. Propose business solutions, requirements, and new ways of working, as well as changes to improve processes, gaps, and tools in production;
4. Give support in the preparation of workshops and internal working sessions;
5. Support the business team in the test script and the testers.
