Responsibilities Manage and coordinate reservations across various online booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc. ). Communicate with guests via phone, email, and Whats
App to provide assistance, confirm details, and answer inquiries. Ensure smooth
- in and
- out processes, managing guest arrivals and departures efficiently. Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle payment processing and ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all guest needs are met and the property runs smoothly. Maintain and update guest records and booking details in the system. Qualifications Education: Minimum high school education (Technological/Professional track). Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (Local Accommodation / Tourism experience is a plus). Language: Fluent in Portuguese and English (Additional languages are highly valued). Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong customer service mindset with an ability to work under pressure. Highly organized, flexible, and able to solve problems effectively. Team player with a positive attitude. Availability: Willingness to work weekends and holidays with rotating shifts.
