Porto Business School (PBS) is seeking a motivated and promising
- time Research Lecturer in Strategy and Problem Solving.

We are particularly looking for candidates who can complement and enhance our teaching and research capabilities in the following areas:

• Strategic Management and Strategy Formulation
• Competitive Analysis and Market Positioning
• Business Model Innovation and Strategic Foresight
• Advanced Problem-Solving Techniques
• Leadership Strategies and Decision-Making

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated potential in academic research, with aspirations to publish in reputable journals and develop a solid teaching portfolio. While some teaching experience is preferred, we value a willingness to innovate and collaborate in delivering impactful management and strategy education. They will play a crucial role in strengthening PBS’s contributions to knowledge and thought leadership in strategy and
- solving.

Candidates should hold, or be near completion of, a Ph
D in a relevant field such as Strategic Management, Leadership, or related disciplines.

• Evidence of potential to contribute to
  - quality academic research, including publications or ongoing projects.

Desirable qualifications include:

• Teaching experience, particularly in MBAs, executive education, or postgraduate programs.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills, with the ability to engage diverse student audiences.
• Experience with interactive teaching approaches, such as case studies,
  - based learning, or industry collaborations.
