Your mission? To identify, analyze, document, validate and manage all the needs and requirements for the extraction of an essential component of a logistics system. To do this, you will understand the users' needs, align yourself with the stakeholders and collaborate with a diverse team that covers both the business and the IT area!

Hybrid project (you have to be based in Portugal)

Key Competences:

• Solid experience as a Requirements Engineer in agile environments;
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering and software development;
• Experience with modeling languages such as UML and BPMN and common tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and MS Teams;
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and commitment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to travel abroad when necessary;
• Experience in logistics (would be valued);
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys and observations to gather requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that they are feasible, complete and aligned with business objectives;
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify needs;
• Distinguish and document functional and
  - functional requirements;
• Writing clear, concise and testable requirements (user stories, use cases or detailed specifications).
