Troi Search are delighted to be partnering with a global Saa
S company who are building a new Renewals team to serve their EMEA customers. With a highly experienced Renewals team in North America, this organisation is looking to replicate this in EMEA, based out of their new offices in Central Lisbon, Portugal.
* We are looking for two fluent German-speaking, one fluent French-speaking, one fluent Spanish-speaking and one fluent Portuguese-speaking Renewals Specialists *
Please note this role will be
- based (5 days per week) for the probation period (2-3 months), then moving to a
- working model.
Role Overview:
As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction, and driving renewals for their
- based services. You will work closely with their Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams as well as a Renewals team of 6 in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Renewals: Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to drive renewals and reduce churn.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture
- term relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the service and driving continued business. - Account Health: Monitor the health of customer accounts, identify potential risks, and take appropriate actions to ensure renewals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to identify upsell and
- sell opportunities. - Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate records of renewal activities, track performance against KPIs, and report on renewal forecasts and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a
- facing role within the Saa
S, tech, or
- based industries is preferred (1+ years preferred). - Proven track record in account management, customer success or renewals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections with professionalism.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce)
- Fluent in English as well as one of the following: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
