Your responsibilities and impact as Payment Specialist will be:

1. Backoffice is the core of the role.
2. Interaction with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, loan, and leasing.
3. Processing of
   - related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT related changes, amending and
   - printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos, and reconciliation.
4. Liaison and key support role for Sales, Sales Support, Finance on daily operational issues, problem escalation, and resolution.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. Native Dutch speaker with a fluent level of English.
2. Strong communication skills, team player, customer focused, and maintain a professional attitude.
3. Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to work in an information sensitive environment.
5. Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work.
6. Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
7. Experience in SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.

   - term fixed term contract, renewable every year.
2. Working hours: full time (40h/week), Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 7am - 00:00, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule.
3. Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
4. For international candidates: Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months.
5. Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
