Your Role:
As a
Customer Service Representativefor our POS platform, you will be the backbone of a friendly, competent customer experience team, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your empathy, resourcefulness, and dedication will help solve issues and support small businesses in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively listen to customers' questions and concerns, providing accurate, effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
Offer clear, concise information about our products and services.
Escalate and reroute complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Training & Compensation:
Training Duration: 2 weeks, 8 hours per day (schedule varies between 08:30 and 09:30, depending on your group).
Training Compensation: 106. 80 EUR per week.
Salary Options:1, 247. 96 EUR gross/month, including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus food allowance.
949. 35 EUR gross/month with room allowance, base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus food allowance.
Benefits:

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break. Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 20:00) and Saturday/Sunday (08:00 - 17:00).
2 days off per week, coordinated with your shift manager and scheduled 4 weeks in advance.
Location & Remote Work:
Work Location: Remote within continental Portugal.
