Location: Remote (Available to candidates residing from Coimbra to Algarve)

Language Requirement: C2 or Native Hungarian

Employment Type: Permanent Contract (3-month trial period)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotative Shifts)
• 2 rotative days off per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide detailed information on products and services.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Native or C2 level proficiency in Hungarian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service is a bonus but not required.
