Job Description:

We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative for an exciting remote opportunity based in Braga, Portugal. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a strong interest in the Website Technical Solutions industry. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, primarily addressing technical issues related to website solutions
• Troubleshoot technical problems and offer quick, effective resolutions aligned with company guidelines
• Assist customers with website setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
• Guide customers in navigating our website tools and solutions
• Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions using the company’s CRM system
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Follow internal procedures to escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams
• Provide feedback and suggest process improvements

Skills and Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C2 level) is required
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) is preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Technical aptitude or an eagerness to learn new tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Comfortable working in rotative shifts
• Organizational skills
• EU ID required to work legally in Portugal
