Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work for a global leading provider remotely in Portugal!

Description:

Your role will involve providing customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels. You'll serve as a consultant to our customers, offering prompt and
- suited solutions to questions and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels (as assigned).
• Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging) and public (social, forums,
  - commerce reviews) channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined and documented. Document relevant case information.

What You Need:

• Native level of German (C1-C2 level)
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organizational,
  - making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts
