Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotative Days Off per week

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated German Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and will provide
- quality customer service to our German-speaking clients. This is a remote position, and the role involves working on a 24/7 rotative shift basis, ensuring continuous support for customers. You will also enjoy 2 rotative days off each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain
- depth knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately. - Log all customer interactions into the CRM system for proper tracking and
- up. - Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Adhere to company processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and
- quality service. - Stay up to date with any product updates and company news to ensure you can support customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a
- paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. - Flexibility to work 24/7 in a
- based schedule, including weekends and holidays. - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail. - EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
