REMOTE FRENCH CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN PORTUGAL
REMOTE UP TO COIMBRA
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Assist customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Monday to Sunday
- Early shift: 08:00 to 17:00
- Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00
- Days Off: Rotational (we strive to provide 2 consecutive days off).
- Previous experience in customer service (mandatory).
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Candidates must already reside in Portugal (North to South).
- Candidates cannot have previously worked for this client in another BPO.
- Fully remote work opportunity.
