Remote Dutch Customer Support
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong
- solving abilities and a
- oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Sunday).
- Ability to work 2 rotational days off each week.
