Relocation Support- Junior Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers with
- related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting. - Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent
- solving abilities and attention to detail. - Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No previous experience required – entry-level applicants are encouraged.
- Availability to work
- site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
