Showtime across Europe, and now Showmax in over 40 countries in Africa, one thing’s for certain, your contributions will impact millions of viewers worldwide.

What You'll Do:

1. Work with Development, QA, Program and Change Management teams to plan the deployment of Global Streaming Platform apps;
2. Work with Performance, Data Engineering, Incident Management and Reliability Engineering teams to identify problem areas and feed information back to the development teams for continuous service improvement;
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of the release management processes;
4. Create and maintain release documentation, such as release plans, runbooks, and checklists;
5. Communicate release plans and schedules to stakeholders, including developers, testers, operations and product teams and adapt plans according to scheduled change freezes;
6. Generate reports on the release, including metrics on success, risk encountered, and lessons learned.

What You'll Bring:

1. Good communication and people skills, in technical and
   - technical contexts;
2. Knowledge of Change Management, Problem/Incident Management processes and tools;
3. Knowledge on CI tools and CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred);
4. Good automation skills in any
   - level programming language (Python preferred);
5. Experience in managing deployments in app stores (e. g. Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, Amazon Appstore, etc. ) (preferred);
6. Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies;
7. Fluent in English.
