Role Overview:

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with telecommunications and cybersecurity regulations in a multinational technology group that provides innovative cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and digital transformation services for businesses.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with telecommunications and cybersecurity regulations. This includes overseeing regulatory audits, responding to inspections, and acting as the primary liaison with national regulatory authorities. The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, assessing their impact, preparing and submitting required reports, and identifying and mitigating regulatory risks to ensure full compliance with legal frameworks.

What you are like:

1. Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or IT;
2. Additional training in telecommunications regulation and cybersecurity;
3. 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within telecommunications;
4. Experience dealing with regulatory authorities;
5. Strong knowledge of the telecommunications legal framework in Portugal;
6. Skills in cybersecurity, data analysis, Power BI, and automation are a plus;
7. Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
