Job Description:
SU ELETRICIDADE is the energy supplier in the regulated market and has around 900, 000 customers and €550 million in revenues. Additionally, it ensures the purchase of the electricity to satisfy the client portfolio (€330 M€), the acquisition of energy from producers (€1. 8 thousand M€) and its respective sale on the market (€1. 3 thousand M€).

What you will do:
As a Specialist in Regulation and Compliance in SU ELETRICIDADE, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our organization adheres to industry and government regulations by developing, implementing, and enforcing robust compliance procedures and policies. You will conduct consistent risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential areas of
- compliance, collaborating closely with the business areas to uphold our commitment to ethical behavior and regulatory adherence. Additionally, you will have a strong focus on data protection laws, implementing robust data security measures and providing strategic and administrative guidance on privacy best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring legal compliance monitoring: Vigilantly monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations in the energy sector to prevent criminal or administrative infractions.
- Implementing compliance policies and methodologies: Ensure adherence to the EDP Group's compliance management guidelines and methodologies.
- Executing standards and procedures: Implement robust policies, standards, and procedures focusing on critical areas such as data privacy.
- Delivering compliance training and communication: Drive engaging compliance training programs tailored to our employees' roles and identified risks.
- Managing
- party compliance: Assess and mitigate risks in our contractual relationships with third parties. - Providing expert advice: Offer guidance and support across all business areas of the company on compliance matters.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor of Laws, with experience in the area of Law.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy sector, regulated markets or similar role.
- Experience in coordinating
- functional teams is valued.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
Knowledge:
- A good understanding of the Portuguese energy sector regulations and laws, including compliance standards is valued.
