Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales performance for our real estate properties. This role is responsible for creating and implementing regional sales strategies, optimizing business development opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The Regional Sales Manager will provide functional leadership to the local sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Location: Vilamoura / Algarve
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and maximize revenue in the assigned region.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant individuals, investors, corporate clients, and real estate partners to expand business opportunities.
- Provide functional leadership to local sales teams, offering guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business prospects and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the real estate sector.
- Oversee reservation agreements, CPCV, and deeds, ensuring smooth purchase management.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Norfin team for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and innovative client engagement solutions for optimal sales performance.
- Define and oversee Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for selecting key consultants, including brokers and legal advisors for commercial transactions.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate advisory, with a strong background in
- value property transactions. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with expertise in
- end real estate sales and negotiation. - Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities, leveraging deep market knowledge and client relationships.
- Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analytics to drive revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, including KYC compliance, contract management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and
- driven strategies for lead generation and customer engagement. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a
