Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Development of new technical concepts and solutions for heat pump refrigeration circuits;
- Specification, calculation, design and testing of heat pump components and systems, including:
- Create, review and understand technical specification for the components;
- Analyze customer, product, and safety requirements to derive technical concepts;
- Testing refrigeration circuits and components considering envelope boundaries, with focus on quality and cost improvement;
- Design, document and support implementation of functional test procedures for testing and series production;
- Participate in product design reviews and FMEA;
- Propose and drive solutions in accordance with function, cost, quality and users’ requirements.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Master or Ph
D degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or similar; - Experience:
- Background in refrigeration application is advantageous;
- Know-how:
- Knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and refrigeration;
- Knowledge in specification, calculation, design and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components and systems;
- Familiarity with European standards applicable to refrigerating systems and heat pumps is a benefit;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
Point, Visio, and Project); - Proficiency with MATLAB is a plus;
- Strong affinity with laboratory measurement and control engineering;
- Languages: Good level of English language written and spoken;
- Working Style and Methods:
- Creative with analytical sharpness;
- Structured approach with perseverance and result orientation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Personality:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on results;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
