- end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selection, candidate communication, negotiation, and closing for IT and Operations roles;• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify current and future hiring needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies;• Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers to influence and guide talent decisions;• Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's benefits and
- related policies to effectively communicate these to candidates;• Partner with HR Business Partners and business units to understand job duties and responsibilities, and to devise targeted recruiting strategies;• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, colleagues, vendors, and other team members to create a talent pipeline;• Utilize a mix of creative and traditional sourcing methods, including applicant tracking systems, internet searches, social media, employee referrals, and agency partnerships to attract candidates;• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance current recruitment processes for efficiency;• Engage candidates from diverse regions, staying informed about international relocation and expatriate processes as necessary;• Coordinate with staffing agencies and HR Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of temporary staffing resources;• Manage recruitment activities for campus programs, including internships and
- time/rotational graduate analyst programs. Profile and skills we look for:• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus;• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on IT and Operations roles; experience in banking is required, and agency experience is a significant advantage;• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent across various organizational levels;• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships throughout the organization;• Demonstrated ability to creatively source a diverse workforce of all backgrounds;• Effective written and oral communication skills. Must be fully fluent in English, French is a plus;• A solid understanding of U. S. employment laws, including EEOC regulations, is critical;• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;• Proven capability to negotiate successfully and diplomatically when closing candidates;• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Temporary project: approximately 6 months with the possibility of joining the client. - Schedule between 9. 00 am and 6. 00 pm (Hybrid)- Location: Porto
