- on experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates!

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Create Engaging Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and advertise openings on top platforms.
2. Sourcing Talent: Use various recruitment channels like social media and job boards to attract the best candidates.
3. Screen & Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and identify top candidates for hiring managers.
4. Offer Preparation: Assist in preparing and sending job offers to successful candidates.
5. Smooth Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates from start to finish.
6. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our recruitment team to align hiring strategies and meet goals.

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
2. Ownership of tasks, with a passion for meeting deadlines and achieving results.
3. A proactive and
