Role Purpose

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist – Portugal, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating on all recruitment for the Portugal Stations. You will partner closely with Station Management Teams, along with the Regional HR Team to provide
- on expert advice and guidance on how to bring the best talent into our business.

You will focus on ensuring that our Stations have the required headcount to meet their operational needs by attracting candidates to Menzies Aviation through a variety of talent attraction methods. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate recruitment experience from start to finish and support the Station Management Teams to successfully onboard the individuals into our teams.

You will lead on all hiring events in partnership with the Station Management Teams, Administration Teams, and local HR Teams, attending on the day, ensuring we have the required resources to support the events, source the required marketing materials, and ensuring that all candidates who attend have a positive experience.

What you will be doing

• Provide a professional,
  - adding advisory service to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process including advertising strategies, selection, and appointment. Deliver a positive candidate experience to all applicants.
• Work with the Portuguese Team to ensure you have full visibility and understanding of headcount requirements across all Stations.
• Deliver a recruitment strategy for the business, ensuring peaks within the business are considered and headcount requirements are met.
• Post job ads on e
  Arcu and all associated job boards, when required, and monitor the candidate journey from application through to hiring.
• Ensure consistent job advert templates are utilised across all Stations, which are on brand and in the required tone.
