Role Overview: As a Recruitment Researcher, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging
- tier candidates. Your keen eye for detail, strong research skills, and ability to build relationships will be key to your success. You will be using English only in the role but additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates
- Utilize various tools and platforms to source and attract top talent
- Pre-screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs
- Assist in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
