Responsibilities

Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Oversee vendor management and establish relationships with external recruitment agencies.

Utilize data analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Guide and mentor recruitment team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Conduct interviews and lead the selection process for key positions.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4-18 years of experience in corporate and contract recruitment.

Proven ability in
- driven recruiting methodologies.

Strong vendor management skills.

Exceptional interviewing skills and ability to assess candidates effectively.

Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
