2. Sourcing
3. Advertising Jobs – with a practical marketing introduction
4. Screening
5. Shortlisting
6. Candidate assessment and testing
7. Interviewing
8. Reporting on KPI’s and SLA
9. Offer Management
10. Employer Branding
11. Mapping, creating and managing Talent pools

Requirements:

1. High School Leaving Certificate
2. Diploma / Degree in HRM or related
3. Minimum of 2 years of Internal Recruitment experience
4. Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruitment experience
5. Recruitment experience must include Technical / Sales / IT and Generalist positions
6. Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office)
7. Excellent communications and reporting skills
8. High Energy
9. English
