Our aim is to help and inspire small and
- sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role:

• Conducting the Recruitment Process from A to Z;
• Searching for and selecting candidates for the recruitment process, both through headhunting and advertisements on job sites, but also at events, job fairs and others;
• Compile candidate databases to effectively identify the profiles required;
• Implementing recruitment and selection strategies;
• Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems, producing performance metrics reports during the recruitment and selection process.

Hard Skills:

• Fluency in English (preferred);
• Proficiency in MS Office;

About you:

• Bachelor Degree (preferred)
• Autonomy and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent
  - solving skills
