Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center.

A day in the life of. . .

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
• Source and recruit candidates;
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;
• Provide analytical and
  - documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
• At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment
• Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, especially Spanish
• Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
• Good priority management and communication skills
• Strong proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus and understanding of the business environment
