Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the Consultancy & Valuation Department with the integration of a Real Estate Valuer in its Lisbon office. Key tasks/ activities:Conduct formal property valuations;Analysis of property portfolios;Evaluate properties to establish market values and property classifications using internal and external sources;Visit sites and inspecting properties;Prepare valuation reports;Keep up to date with all current regulations, standards, and best practices;Analysis of territorial planning documentation. Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:A degree in management, engineering or architecture would be an asset;Complementary and specialized training in real estate appraisals will be valued;At least 1 year experience in real estate valuation;General knowledge of the national real estate market as well as real estate valuation methodologies and calculations;Good knowledge of English;Good knowledge of Excel;What we offer:Top-notch office facilities in a premium location in Lisbon;Organizational culture focused on the
