Snapshot of your day
You will be responsible for supporting all commercial/financial related tasks for the countries you are responsible for, enabling a complete and open analysis of SE Real Estate business as well as liaising with the local business. You'll fit right in if you're open to challenges, have a team spirit, and like to spend time at work

Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate books and records including the recording in appropriate systems, compliance with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines (IFRS), and setup of project activities in SAP including accurate budget and forecast on a timely basis.
- Understanding of accounting principles and understanding of P&L and Balance sheet.
- Basic understanding of tax including VAT.
- Support with IFRS 16 and implementation/alignment of SE RE guidelines and principles; ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Validating and approving invoices, preparation of accruals.
- Budgeting/Forecasting and actual reporting at country level.
- Analyses and monitors targeted finance results (Gross Cost, Free Cashflow, Profit, and Capex) and creates regular reports to management.
- Performs financial analysis regarding trends, assets, cash, and liabilities.
- Support FIN superior in identification and implementation of savings measures and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Support in risk management.
- Steer, supervise and control Zone financial and operation performance including analysis of maintenance.
- Support in implementing process improvements, initiatives, and new business tools.

- hoc tasks/requirements. - Maintain working relationships with external service providers/suppliers and Business Areas.
What you bring:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
More than 3 years working in a similar controlling role. Previous experience working in a numerical or financial environment is required. The post holder should be accounting qualified, with previous SAP experience.
The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business.
Right attitude, ability to adapt and learn new skills.
Initiative, proactive, and team player.
English, French, and Spanish speaking required.
