Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Investment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients in making informed investment decisions that align with their financial goals and risk tolerance. Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives and risk profiles.
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify promising investment opportunities.
3. Evaluate the financial viability of real estate projects, including performing due diligence, analyzing cash flows, and assessing potential risks and returns.
4. Understand how to evaluate a property considering its current condition, supported with the analytical analysis and location in Porto.
5. Develop comprehensive investment proposals tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.
6. Provide expert guidance on a range of real estate investment strategies, including property acquisition, development, and portfolio management.
7. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic conditions that may impact real estate investments.
8. Network and build relationships with industry professionals, including real estate agents, developers, and lenders.
9. Assist clients with the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.
10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment transactions.
11. Adhere to all applicable ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Real Estate Investment Consultant or a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial analysis.
