We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Consultant to initiate our team in the Costa de Prata center, with the goal of developing our portfolio of Historical, rural and luxury properties, responding to the growing demand in this strategic market. [Responsibilities]

As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing a portfolio of luxury properties and
  - end international clients, leveraging your existing network and expertise.
• Providing specialized consulting to International Buyers and Historical, rural and luxury property Owners.
• Evaluating properties with a focus on the luxury market and investment potential.
• Negotiating and closing deals with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintaining
  - term relationships with clients and partners (lawyers, financial advisors, etc. ).

[Required Profile]

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the real estate market, preferably in the Historical, rural and luxury segment.
• Fluency in English (other languages are welcomed as nordic countries, Germany, The Netherlands).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong results orientation and focus on targets.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
