Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional communication skills in English, and a passion for luxury properties. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing expert advice to help them find their dream property or investment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent Vanquish Properties with professionalism and expertise in the luxury real estate market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with

   - worth clients, investors, and property owners.
3. Identify and present exclusive real estate opportunities, including
   - market properties.
4. Negotiate property sales and manage the
   -
   - end sales process.
5. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Portugal.
6. Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, client management, and property promotion.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or in a similar role, with a focus on
   - end properties.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages like Portuguese, French, or Spanish are a plus).
3. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
6. Familiarity with luxury real estate trends and market dynamics in Portugal.
7. Understanding of real estate regulations and property investment strategies.
8. Use CRM tools to track leads,
   - ups, and transaction history.
9. Analyze client data to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.

Other Requirements: Valid real estate license and driver’s license.
