Role Overview
This is a highly dynamic position that involves a mix of office-based administrative work and field activities related to real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working both behind the desk and in the field, engaging directly with clients, properties, and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing property transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and actively participating in the sales process for our services. Your role will require excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a
- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate documentation, contracts, and records.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized databases of properties, clients, and agreements.
- Assist in financial tasks such as invoicing, rent collection, and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
- Support marketing efforts and client proposals.
Field Responsibilities:
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and evaluations.
- Meet with clients, investors, and real estate professionals.
- Facilitate sales and leasing processes, including property showings.
- Collaborate with legal and notary professionals for transaction finalizations.
- Actively engage in networking and business development opportunities.
- Ensure that property management tasks, including tenant communications and maintenance
- ups, are effectively handled.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administration, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for fieldwork.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to present and promote company services.
