We are seeking a skilled R&D Tech Lead to lead and innovate within our research and development team. In this role, you will drive the technical direction of
- edge projects, mentor and guide a team of engineers, and work closely with
- functional teams to create innovative solutions. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of our products and technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Lead the development and architecture of new products and technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Explore and implement new technologies, frameworks, and approaches that push the boundaries of what's possible.

• Define and drive the technical vision for R&D projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with product and business teams to align technical goals with company objectives.

• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Facilitate collaboration across different teams to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.

• Address complex technical challenges, proposing and implementing creative solutions.
• Lead the identification and resolution of issues that impact the performance and reliability of R&D products.

• Conduct research to explore new technologies and techniques that can improve product development processes.
• Experiment with innovative approaches, technologies, and methodologies to drive
  - thinking product development.

• Produce
  - quality technical documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure that best practices, technical insights, and findings are effectively shared within the team.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Proven experience in research and development, with a strong focus on innovation and
  - solving.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system development.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies (e. g. , Java, Python, C++, etc. ).
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
• Experience with new technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, or Io
  T is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong
  - solving skills and a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
• Ability to mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
